Our work readiness program is embedded in mentoring and coaching principles to ensure that all our candidates are well groomed and employable. We will do our best to build relations with employers that will absorb individuals from our program and individuals that are passionate about starting their own businesses will move to the small business coach program where they will be mentored into establishing their own businesses. The small businesses will be introduced to a variety of supply chains so that they become active participants in the economy of South Africa!
