
Assist clients with analysis of their training and development needs and assist in developing quality content and assessments aligned with their business requirements.
Liaison and reporting to all SETA’s with regards to Work Skills Plan and Annual Training Report submission, implementation and administration. Yearly application of mandatory, discretionary and pivotal grants.
Implement, monitor and finalize Learnerships and Graduate programs.
Set up and co-manage the Skills Development Committee to ensure compliance and continues adherence to all relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
Develop applicable training course material and presentation for in-house courses.
Ensure accurate capturing of all training and development activities so that data is regularly available for monitoring and evaluation.
Assist in continuous improvement of the initiatives and related training and development projects to optimize the efficiency and improvement of learning culture in the organisation.
